We specialise in making videos for charities, health organisations and brands. We work with agencies or directly with clients.

 

At the heart of what we do is the audience: connect with your viewers and they’ll respond in wonderful ways.  We help our clients to identify their audience and to design a film that engages them. We then promote via digital and traditional channels to reach the best possible audience.

ADMIRAL NURSES

Dementia UK wanted  a film to show the need for specialist nurses to help carers.

We worked with them to recruit a young family and then to shape their story into an intimate film that movingly demonstrates the need for donations to the scheme.

ROSIE’S STORY

Tommy’s wanted a visually arresting, modern film, with clearly expressed key-messages to raise awareness of the seriousness of early miscarriage.

We collaborated with Rosie to develop her story into a script and on the day of filming we gently worked with her to deliver her story directly to camera.

CAMPAIGN VIDEO

LIVING WITH CANCER

Beating Bowel Cancer commissioned us to make a campaigning video that shows the impact of cancer on the whole family.  We worked with Ben and Louise and their young family to script and shoot a highly visual  film that became a key part of the Hidden Heartache campaign.

Magneto Films took our brief and brought it to life. Our film was a difficult subject matter and the team sensitively handled our case studies. The film has helped amplify our campaign and bring in a different dimension.

FIT FOR THE FUTURE 

These charity impact videos were commissioned to raise funding for Age UK’s  fit for the future programme.

The charity had some impressive statistics and outcomes so we suggested bringing the data to life by  featuring  people who’d successfully taken part in fit for the future.

Engaging stories. Expertly told.

Video is a wonderful way to capture people’s stories and the amazing things that they say. But it takes skill and experience to help people come across in a natural way on camera and to speak in their true voices.

 

Magneto’s founding partners, Gaby and Jeremy,  are both BBC trained film makers and everyone in the team is a broadcast professional, with credits that range from  X-Factor to Compare the Meerkat adverts. They bring skills of high quality film production to everything we do.
