The East of England Ambulance Trust – with bases across the region – commisioned Magneto Films to produce a recruitment video to attract new staff to their control rooms in Norwich, Cambridge and Peterborough.
We came up with a bold creative treatment that featured call handlers dealing with live emergencies and offering professional advice and dispatching ambulances to help patients. We combined fly on the wall footage with revealing interviews to give a picture of what working life is like with the Trust.

We filmed with Georgi at her home in Norfolk and walking her dog on the beach, creating a personal and revealing film.

This prestigious published commissioned Magneto Films to create a series of more than 20 short trainging videos to help English as a foreign language students prepare for examinations. These videos feature sample questions and demonstration answers that are designed to illustrate the correct approach.
We worked closely with our clients to plan and prepare the 3 day shoot, recruiting actors to play the part of assessors and ensuring they were fully briefed by professionals.

We’ve made several films for this Essex NHS Trust, ranging from staff information video to recruitment films.
This film was made to communicate the Trust’s value’s and vision to new staff members, and to update existing staff on plans to combine several previous hospitals into a single effective trust.
We worked with the comms team to create a script and then spent 4 days travelling around different locations within the Trust to film staff delivering lines to camera and gathering shots of them at work.
