Educational Video Production

Magneto has excellent experience in educational video production for schools, colleges and universities. We’ve made education video for legacy fundraising, information and advertising.

We’ve worked with educational institutions that includes universities such as the London School of Economics, University College London and Oxford Brookes, as well as special schools and free schools.

Education video production for promotion, legacy & information

We work closely with our education clients and we’re adept not only at capturing the warmth and humanity of schools but also making sure that complicated technical or professional information is presented in a compelling fashion.

Our latest educational video projects:

EDUCATIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR CHARITIES

Magneto works extensively with the charity sector creating effective video content. We’ve made a number of educational videos for charities and for organisations that specialise in supporting teachers and schools.

In particular we’ve worked with Headstart and the Childrens Society to make an anti-bullying film, and with First Give to make a number of films to showcase their work.

PROMOTIONAL VIDEO FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS

EDUCATION VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR FREE SCHOOLS

Some of our education video projects have been for schools that are in the process of raising funds and recruiting staff for primary schools that are in the process of setting up a brand new free school.

We’ve made 2 films for the Mariposa School in Harrow: we think they’re great examples of video that’s tightly focused on its target audience.

PROMOTIONAL VIDEO FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS

EDUCATION VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Not only are we used to making video to promote secondary schools but we’re also experienced in working with special education needs schools.

Our professional production team are patient and understanding and happy to work with everyone they meet, to produce wonderful video content to showcase all types of schools.

Magneto recently produced a suite of 6 films for the Phoenix School in Tower Hamlet, an SEN Academy.

PROMOTIONAL VIDEO FOR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITY

VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR LEGACY GIVING AND ALUMNI

Video content is a powerfully effective way to fund raise for universities and for targeting alumni. A well made video can help to show potential donors the facilities and courses they’re contributing to, and also to introduce them to current students who may benefit from their gift.

WHY MAGNETO FOR EDUCATIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTION?

At Magneto we’ve spent a lot of time filming in schools, colleges and universities and we’re very familiar with the special challenges of making education video. We’ve even worked on two BBC2 series about education so it’s a bit of a specialist subject for us.

We know that schools run on timetables and we’re adept at building our plans and schedules around the school day. We’re also very experienced at working in classrooms with minimum disruption.

We know that schools and colleges are safe spaces for their students and staff, so we’re very careful about gaining consent and making sure that everyone is properly informed about the process.

And in particular, when it comes to making videos for Special Educational Needs, we know that patience and understanding are key.

We are so pleased with the film. Gaby made the process easy, put everyone at ease – including the children, and we’ve ended up with something that conveys our vision and ethos really well.
