Mind, the mental health charity came to us with a tricky proposition: they wanted a film that would highlight the challenges faced by GPs and Nurses with their own mental health. But they were finding it hard to locate people who were prepared to speak out about their own health.
We were able to help them by drawing on our extensive list of contact and by providing a specialist researcher who was able to help cast the film. We also recommended working with Dr Zoe Norris – a GP who’s also a blogger and writer for the Huffington Post: she was able to help provide publicity and exposure for the film: she wrote about her experiences for the Guardian which featured the film at the start of her article.
Working with Magneto has been a really smooth process from start to finish. Gaby and Jeremy had an excellent understanding of our brief from the outset, as well as real empathy with the topic. They really went above and beyond to make the film the best it could be.
The reaction to our film has been fantastic, we’ve never had so many comments on our YouTube page before – and all of them positive.
