Recruiting NHS staff
The East of England Ambulance service asked Magneto Films to create a video that would help them to recruit staff to work in their emergency response call centers. They wanted not only to capture the experiences of existing staff but also to show what the job entails and inspire people to join the emergency services. We came up with a creative response that used fly on the wall documentary techniques to capture live calls, demonstrating the training and support that call handlers receive. We combined this with personal interviews, creating a dramatic and informative video.
East of England video production
With bases in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk, EEAST needed a video production company that was local to the region, ensuring cost effective access and a good understanding of the situation. So with our regional production office just outside Peterborough, we were ideally placed to help with this project. In fact, this was our third commission for the East of England Ambulance Service, and we’ve established a good working relationship.
