EEAST needed a distinctive video to help them recruit ambulance dispatch staff for the East of England.
We created this ‘fly on the wall’ video that used live emergency calls and one to one interviews to give an insight into the satisfaction that skilled staff feel in doing this demanding job.

ATTRACTING PEOPLE FOR SPECIFIC ROLES
This police force wanted a recruitment video that would help them attract more female recruits to their special patrol unit, and needed the film to work as a ‘hero’ video as well as short social media films.
We made them a friendly, conversational film that featured colleagues around a table chatting about their jobs, combined with more personal to camera interviews.

This national charity needed an animated recruitment video to help atract new colleagues to the roles of advisor and phone service operator. The films needed to be short and punchy for social media and to be delivered in several languages.
