FEATURED PROJECT
Training video for international business mentoring
The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women commissioned Magneto Films to create a suite of 6 training videos for a programme to pair female entrepreneurs with business mentors.
The training films were designed to help mentors understand their roles, give them skills in mentoring and to train them to help women business leaders around the world to get the best out of the programme.
We combined carefully scripted studio inserts with specially shot illustrative footage, to give participants a clear and informative learning video.
The result is a set of professional learning videos that are friendly, informative and highly watchable.
”It’s been a pleasure working with Magneto Films, thank you so much for your work and your creative suggestions. The videos have turned out better than we could ever have imagined!

Corporate & businessAll you need to know about making training video
As a leading training video production company we’re used to helping clients through the process of making films that get the results they want.
If you’re thinking of making some training films, you’ve probably got a few questions. So here are the ones we’re most frequently asked.
Why make training video?
It’s cost effective – make it once and use it hundreds of times.
It’s flexible – people can watch it at work, at home or on the move.
It’s memorable – people find it easier to take in and retain information that’s presented in a visual format.
How much do training videos cost?
Training films tend to have simpler production values and lend themselves to making several videos at once, using the same resources and contributors. So on average our training video production costs between £2,500 and £4,000 per film, with a series of films often coming in around £8,000.
How long should a training video be?
Even though people watch these films because they’re motivated and interested, we still try and break things down into manageable sections. So we recommend films should be no more than 5-8 minutes.
If you need longer, then think about breaking them into sections.
What services do you offer?
We can do everything that’s needed to make an effective corporate training video, starting with scripting and planning, finding locations and casting actors. And needless to say, we’re experts at providing all the crew and kit you need, and then running an edit to deadlines.
